There is a GUIUninstall.sh file. Just double click it and select Run in terminal to uninstall it.

try reinstalling the theme or doing a gnome desktop reset by opening a terminal session and typing the following without quotes “rm -rf .gnome .gnome2 .gconf .gconfd .metacity”

If you want to uninstall the mac theme installed via mac4lin:-

Usually the install directory of mac4lin also contains an uninstall script.

And if you have installed the mac theme via macbuntu:-

Open up the uninstall.sh file with a text editor and delete the checkversion() method completely from the start of the brackets to the end of the brackets adn then click on save..This will stop checking the version number and the unistallation process will continue. I Had did an uninstall myself and I was able to do it successfully.
