Watching flash videos in web pages is so common for web fans. But have you ever want to save the flash video to your computer so that you can watch it later, and there’s no download link.

When you watch a video on a site it save a temporary file on your computer of the video. You can just navigate to Filesystem/tmp. and find the file. Copy and paste the file to where ever you want and then rename it to whatever you want with the file extension.

For example,in following screen the film is fully downloaded as the temporary file when the light red bar is at the end of the bar.

Navigate to Filesystem/tmp.,the file “FlashixQn6q” is the copy of the flash video. Just copy and paste the file to where ever you want.

Unfortunately this is not working anymore. No flash files are showing up anymore in /tmp.
I hope it can be “put back” as it was a really nice way to copy the videos..
