Manage Installed and available packages with Adept Manager

Adept is a built-in utility in ubuntu that you can manager your installed and available packages.This is available from Applications->Add&Remove:
Search adept and mark to install in following screen.
Once installed this application,you can launch it by typing this in terminal(Applications/Accessories/Terminal):
sudo adept
