Midori is a lightweight web browser based on WebKit.
Its features include:

* Full integration with GTK+2.

* Fast rendering with WebKit.

* Tabs, windows and session management.

* Flexibly configurable Web Search.

* User scripts and user styles support.

* Straightforward bookmark management.

* Customizable and extensible interface.

* Support for extensions (written in C).

* Custom context menu actions.

Install Midori in Ubuntu

For ubuntu 9.10 and 9.04,this web browser is available from repository.Search “midori” in Applications->Ubuntu Software Center or Applications->Add&Remove

If you have Midori installed,launch the web browser from Applications->Internet->Midori

    I honestly have no idea why someone who requires a stable browser would use midori. I tried out midori for a short period of time and it crashed way to many times to use. Instead of midori people should try arora, which doesn’t crash as much.
