Gadgets powered by Google are miniature objects that provide cool and dynamic content that can be placed on any page on the web.
It’s very friendly and lovely that I enjoy using it very much.
To install it you just need to run following code in a terminal window:
sudo apt-get install google-gadgets-gtk
when install finish, you can open it up at Applications–>Internet–>Google Gadgets(GTK)

Click on the “+”at top right,at next window select gadgets you like and click on add.

Sometimes, following screen will be present to you ,and you just need to click Yes

To make it run at login,go to System–>Preferences–>Startup Applications(or sessions),click Add and type ggl-gtk in command field
