Gloobus Preview gives a quick and simple way to preview all sorts of files. Images, text files, fonts, and even your music and movies are just a quick key press away.

CoverGloobus is a small widget that floats on your desktop, giving you quick access to your music. Start playing your music and see how the album artwork looks, your ratings for the song, pause and skip any song and even get access to the songs lyrics and guitar tabs.

Gloobus-flow shows the content of your folder using the iconic Coverflow view.

This simple tutorial shows how to install previous 3 projects on your Ubuntu.

To install Gloobus-preview:

Open a terminal from Applications -> Accessories menu, and add the PPA:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gloobus-dev/gloobus-preview
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gloobus-preview

After that, restart the nautilus file browser by:

nautilus -q

Now, you can quick preview a file by highlight and Space key. To stop preview, press space key again.

To install Covergloobus:

Covergloobus can be also installed from this PPA:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gloobus-dev/covergloobus
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install covergloobus

Alternatively, directly download an appropriate deb package from : ppa.launchpad.net

To install Gloobus-Flow:

It is said on Gloobus Homepage that Gloobus-Flow isn’t ready for general use. We are integrating it into Nautilus. Be patient.
