1. Coverflow Alt-Tab is available in extensions.gnome.org.

Replacement of Alt-Tab, iterates through windows in a cover-flow manner. It *does* cycle backward while `Shift’ key holded (eg. Alt-Tab cycles forward, Alt-Shift-Tab cycles backward.) If you experienced misbehavior, error, or even crash, please file an issue at google code project page (with “~/.xsession-error” or the log of gnome-shell). Thanks!

To install this extension, in Gnome Shell use Firefox web browser to open extensions.gnome.org and turn the extension on.

2. For now, Focus effects is not available in extensions.gnome.org. We can get it using git.

Open up a terminal window and install git:

sudo apt-get install git git-core

Create a folder for git project:
mkdir git_project && cd git_project

Now, executes following 4 commands:

git clone https://github.com/paradoxxxzero/gnome-shell-focus-effects-extension.git
mkdir -p ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions
cp -r gnome-shell-focus-effects-extension/focus-effects@paradoxxx.zero.gmail.com ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/
cp gnome-shell-focus-effects-extension/example.ffxrc.json ~/.ffxrc.json

Finally, refresh your Gnome Shell (or logout and back in). Enable Focus effects in Advance Settings -> Shell Extensions (sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool)
