How to install Songbird Music player on ubuntu

Songbird is a desktop web player built from Mozilla,it supports extensions and skins feathers.
To install Songbird on ubuntu
First,download songbird here.
Then,openup terminal,navigate to the file and move it to /opt (use the filename you downloaded instead” Songbird_1.2.0-1146_linux-x86_64.tar.gz”):
sudo mv Songbird_1.2.0-1146_linux-x86_64.tar.gz /opt
Navigate to /opt,extract it and change owner permissions:
sudo tar xzvf Songbird_1.2.0-1146_linux-x86_64.tar.gz
sudo chown -R yourusrname:yourusrname Songbird
And now go to /opt/Songbird,run it by:
./songbird
To create application menu for songbird
Right click on Applications on the top of your screen and select Edit Menus.
In following screen,select Sound&video at left and click on New Item,then click to Browse…–>File System–>Opt–>Songbird–>songbird.
Next you can click to Applications–>Sound&video->Songbird to start it.

Thanks. This was very helpful. How does one change the icon, though? I don’t have the Songbird icon in my Applications, I have the Menus spring.
