There is no need to add an extra PPA. Just search for and install qbittorrent from you favorite package manager (i.e. "Add/Remove," Synaptic, ect...) The version of libtorrent-rasterbar provided by the PPA above is not comparable with the version of Deluge provided in Ubuntu Jaunty... qbittorrent 1.3.3-1 is included in the official Ubuntu 9.04 repositories.
