Hacking: Add Output Device Chooser on Gnome Shell Sound Menu

If you have more than one sound cards, it’s inconvenient to change sound output device by Volume Menu -> Sound Settings -> Output -> Choose a device for sound output.
Here’s a Gnome Shell extension by TigerSoldier that adds output device chooser on Volume Menu so that you can choose the default output device without launching Sound Settings.
This extension is available in extensions.gnome.org (open it in gnome shell via firefox browser).
