We’re used to copy and paste something by Ctrl+c and Ctrl+v key combination,or select in right-click menu.In ubuntu, there’s an easy and fast way that you can copy and paste in terminal without right-click menu.
You just need to highlight the content you want to copy without any other action, then move the cursor to where you want to paste, click middle mouse button.
For instance,in following screen,if you want to open one of the files with long filename. You can just highlight the line, move the cursor to the end of “mplayer” and click middle mouse button
