		<description>I got it to work but I had issues mentioned above with the tar not working so I:
- Opened Dolphin and found tar file then extracted to my home dir.
- opened terminal and as sudo copied the /theme dir to my /boot/grub dir.

after that everything worked!</description>

Using Ubuntu 9.10 x86,guess some problem with dual boot &amp; as suggested on a site that it may have to do with /boot loading before grub or some issue regarding boot chronology...

and add this; &quot;menu_viewer.ext&quot; to the end of the file 40_custom.
Works for me.</description>
